Vixens in Love was a movie that was well known in the Federated Commonwealths of America by 1988. Dr. Peter Howard knew a technician at the Terminus Disease Research Center who kept a picture of the film's blonde lead actress taped above his desk. Howard referenced the technician's fondness for the blonde as a metaphor of how good Jane the sim looked to Matt.
