Turks may refer to:

  • Turkic peoples, a historic collection of nomadic ethnic groups from Eurasia forming the base population of a number of present day nation-states.
  • Turkey, a Eurasian country that stretches across the Anatolian peninsula. Turkic people are a majority but citizens all ethic groups are known as Turks. It and its predecessor state the Ottoman Empire are referenced in many of Turtledove's work.
  • Turks of Babylon, a fictional nation in the short story "Occupation Duty". It consists of OTL Iraq and was created by migrating Turkic tribes much the same way Turkey was.
  • Turk's Head a 15th century restaurant in London and featured in the short story "A Different Flesh".
