Troodon is a genus of relatively small, bird-like dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous Period (75-65 mya).

A Troodon menaced the nests of the hadrosaur herd Paula Shaffer was observing. An adult hadrosaur, much larger than the Troodon successfully drove it away.
