Talk: Pavel Serafimov

Doing a bit of googling, there really was an SS-26. However, it was first announced in 1996 by Russia and is a non-nuclear "theatre" missile, a replacement for the old Soviet Scud missile. Since The Irvhank Effect was published in 1987, I suspect that Turtledove just made up the designation for a fictitious weapon. Also, the story has only the one line on it with no description so I don't think an article is warranted. ML4E 19:18, September 3, 2011 (UTC)
