- I think this is a more obscure expression (at least to non-Americans such as myself) that it probably should stay. Shavetail, on the other hand, seems to be a common expression among all English speakers. Then again, that could just me. ML4E (talk) 19:48, April 3, 2016 (UTC)
- I think I have, in all my life, found one use of this word outside TL-191. Had I not read 191, I never would have known what it meant. So it's obscure south of the border too. Turtle Fan (talk) 22:07, April 3, 2016 (UTC)
I really don't see any value to this article. I don't remember the word being prominently used in 191, and it can be looked up on Wikipedia. Alternatively, this and other slang from 191 might be united into a brief glossary, adding that some terms might be obscure otl terms.Matthew Babe Stevenson (talk) 02:35, 20 May 2023 (UTC)

- I do recall a discussion somewhere or other, long long ago in a galaxy far far away, where we talked about combining the various SV slang expressions into a glossary but nothing came of it.
