- It wasn't the publisher; I've reserved mine, the computer and all made clear that December 2 was the day. Actually I very likely won't pick it up till rather later than that; December's a lean month these days, and all. Whenever I do get it I intend to resume my quasi-tradition of hanging out in the cafe whenever I pick up a long-awaited just-released book. Turtle Fan 15:48, 26 November 2008 (UTC)
