Having a hard time determining whether this is a real hotel or HT just made it up. I'd assume the former, that's more his style, but at the same time it's proving terribly resistant to Google, and the usual travel sites don't have it listed. I would guess it was a real hotel back in the day and has since gone defunct. Turtle Fan 21:07, June 17, 2010 (UTC)

According to this web site, Kafka stayed there in the 1890s. So it was real once upon a time. TR 21:23, June 17, 2010 (UTC)
If it was a real place I'd like to give it an OTL intro, but there's no information beyond "The Balmoral-Osborne Hotel de Luxe was a hotel that once existed in Marianske Lazne." And now "Franz Kafka stayed there as a child." Turtle Fan 21:27, June 17, 2010 (UTC)
