Sunfish Creek is a modest body of water in Monroe County, Ohio. It flows through the Sunfish Creek State Forest, which is of course its namesake. Visitors to the forest may use the creek for fishing and recreational use of small watercraft.

Sunfish Creek in Southern Victory[]

In 1941, a bridge over Sunfish Creek was damaged by sabotage. A fifteen-foot span had been dynamited from the center making it unusable. This delayed passage of a column of barrels led by Colonel Irving Morrell until a ford could be found.[1]
