Shiro Wakuzawa (d. 1943) was a Japanese soldier in Takeo Shimizu's squad. He was among the first troops to land on the island of Oahu when Japan invaded the American territory of Hawaii in 1941, and was part of the garrison that occupied the islands until 1943. When the U.S. invaded, he was killed defending the beaches of Oahu.
Wakuzawa was known for his beautiful singing voice. He was also excellent at scrounging supplies early in the fighting.
