Saskatchewan in The Two Georges

Washington was a province of the North American Union. It was bounded on the west by Albertus, on the north by Hudsonia, on the east by Ontario and Mississippi, and on the south by Hanover. The province was named after George Washington, an early Governor-General of the North American Union.

In 1995 Colonel Thomas Bushell and Captain Samuel Stanley crossed into the province from Albertus on board the Northern Rockies Special on their way to Regina, the provincial capital.[1]

Literary Comment

Along with taking up OTL Saskatchewan, Washington also takes up eastern Montana, western North Dakota, and northwestern South Dakota. Also note that the OTL American state of Washington is part of Oregon in the Georges' timeline.[2]
