Musa ibn Ibrahim (d. 2096) was a soldier from an African region south of the Maghrib. Musa was captured in battle and sold into slavery in Madrid. He met Jacques soon after the latter arrived in the slave barracks. The two nearly came to blows over differences in religion: Musa, a Muslim dismissed the New Revelation of Henri as Satanic, an opinion which angered Jacques. However, after a guard forced them to calm down, the two became friends, discussing the wild fauna of their respective kingdoms.

Musa was one of the slaves taken by rogue Crosstimers to another alternate. After working some months, Musa saw an opportunity to overpower a guard and steal his rifle. Musa assumed that the rifle was identical to the musket technology he was familiar with, and that it would be enough to point and pull the trigger. He didn't know how to release the safety, so when he pulled the trigger, nothing happened. Musa was promptly shot to death by other guards.

The guards felt that they could kill slaves such as Musa ibn Ibrahim with impunity. However, after Annette Klein managed to escape and alert the authorities in the home timeline, this was one of the acts for which the rogues were investigated on suspicion of murder.
