Micah Husak was a government employee working for FEMA. After the Yellowstone Supervolcano eruption, he was assigned to Camp Constitution, a refugee camp just outside the ashfall in Arkansas. He discovered he could indirectly solicit sexual favors from women he found attractive in exchange for carrying out administrative changes for their benefit. His hints were not always successful but enough women responded that he didn't need to make heavy demands on any individual. By the time Vanessa Ferguson came to him to either move Loretta Baker and her three girls or herself, he was well practiced, such that Ferguson had nothing of substance to bring to a supervisor.[1]
