Kansas City is the largest city in the U.S. state of Missouri. It played a critical role in westward expansion and the American Civil War. It was also the home of a now-defunct baseball team, the Kansas City Blues.

In one alternate patrolled by Crosstime Traffic, Kansas City did not exist. Instead, nearby Fremont served as the important city of the same region.

Kansas City in The War That Came EarlyEdit

Kansas City's mayor was arrested in 1942 on corruption charges, some of them dating back to the 1910s. A newscaster announced "Another politician bites the dust."[1]

Kansas City in WorldwarEdit

Kansas City, Missouri was overrun by the Race during its invasion. It was returned to the United States after the Peace of Cairo in 1944.
