Julian Jaynes (February 27, 1920 – November 21, 1997) was an American psychologist and author, whose theories of bicameralism and the development of human consciousness, first written in the 1970s, were used to explain much of the history of human development.

Julian Jaynes in "Bluff" Edit

Although initially controversial, Julian Jaynes' theories were proven by the discovery of a planet just beginning the creation of civilized societies in the middle of the 22nd century. Scientists Ramon Castillo and Xing Mei-lin confirmed Jaynes' hypothesis after observing the thought patterns of the people of the village of Kussara, and their movement toward consciousness.[1]
