The Japanese Korean Army was an army of the Imperial Japanese Army, forming a garrison force in Korea under Japanese rule (1910-1945).

Japanese Korean Army in Days of Infamy Edit

The Japanese Korean Army was a branch of the Japanese Army in Korea during the 20th Century. The army was, for all intents and purposes, nothing more than a garrison force. Many of the Japanese soldiers occupying Hawaii believed that that was all they were good for. Despite only being used as guards, many Japanese felt uneasy with the knowledge that the Koreans were armed.

Japanese Korean Army in The War That Came EarlyEdit

The Japanese Korean Army had had a few minor skirmishes with the Soviets on their borders during the period between 1937 and 1939. However, they had to ask the Japanese for help after it turned out that the Russians had more than they expected.

Many in the Japanese military had nothing but scorn for the Korean Army.
