Horst was a German MP stationed in a farm house outside Kiev in 2043, and partnered with Willi. He encountered Jürgen Sack and Gustav Pfeil as they were retreating from the Trubezh and the Chinese advance. When Horst was satisfied they were who they claimed they were, he directed them to a Kampfgruppe.[1]
