The German Arch of Triumph was a monument proposed by Albert Speer at the suggestion of Adolf Hitler in the years leading up to World War II. The Arch, one of several proposed monuments to be erected in Berlin following the expected German victory, would have been 400 feet high, more than twice the size of its inspiration, the French Arc de Triomphe.

The Arch of Triumph was one of several monuments to Germany's victory in the Second World War. It was 120 m high, 170 m wide, and 170 m deep, with vehicles passing through it as they drove along the Adolf Hitler Platz.[1]
