François IV Bourbon was the monarch of France and Spain (better known as the Holy Alliance) in the late 20th Century. During his reign, the Holy Alliance helped finance the Sons of Liberty's theft of the painting The Two Georges while it was on tour of the North American Union in 1995. The motive was purely to humiliate the British Empire, although the Sons did also attempt to assassinate King-Emperor Charles III.
