- Ooh, sorry to hear that. I did without for six days after Hurricane Sandy last year (soon to be the year before last, huh) and it was torturous. And while those were some cold days, they weren't ice storm cold. Turtle Fan (talk) 19:21, December 31, 2013 (UTC)
- It wasn't too bad for me since the temperature was only slightly below freezing for the immediate aftermath and I got power back after 24 hours. But some people didn't get it back for nearly a week and the temps did fall over the period. ML4E (talk) 20:44, January 2, 2014 (UTC)
