Supercategories

With all the creation of supercategories that's been going on of late, I can't help but feel that we should be moving toward the creation of nesting systems of larger and larger categories, culminating in a single category so vast that it's capable of encompassing everything in this Wiki, including quantum mechanics and general relativity. - What's a good name? "Supercategories?" "Categories?" "Miscellaneous?" Or should we wait till the current evolution of categories continues a bit and see how close together we are then? Turtle Fan 02:03, November 22, 2009 (UTC)
- Let's see how it goes. I know that other wikis use the phrase "parent categories". TR 02:22, November 22, 2009 (UTC)

The "Special pages" in the left column under "toolbox" is a useful feature. I just finished using it and the resulting "Uncategorized categories" in "Maintenance reports" to categorize them. You may want to look over what I did, especially the catch-all Category:Administration of this site. The last may have some that should be combined or otherwise changed.
