The Norwegian Army Air Service (NoAAS) was established in 1914. Its main base and aircraft factory was at Kjeller, Norway. On 10 November 1944 the NoAAS was joined with the Royal Norwegian Navy Air Service to form the Royal Norwegian Air Force.

Norwegian Army Air Service in The War That Came Early[]

When the Germans jumped on them in 1939, the Norwegian air force comprised outdated aircraft, and not very much of them. This allowed the Luftwaffe to reign supreme over the country. [1]
