Enrique (d. 1598) was a servant of Captain Baltasar Guzman of the Spanish army occupying London, England from 1588 till 1598. Unlike Guzman, Enrique was interested in literature and drama. This combined with his formidable intelligence earned him the admiration of Lope de Vega, one of Guzman's lieutenants. de Vega's opinion of Enrique was much higher than of his own servant, Diego.

Enrique expressed his interest in the theater by offering to act out a role in de Vega's La Dama Boba. Enrique was interested in the plays of William Shakespeare but did not speak English and so was forced to learn about Shakespeare and his works secondhand through de Vega.

Enrique had hoped to attend the production of Shakespeare's King Philip at The Theatre to see de Vega play the role of Philip's secretary. However, as he was leaving the Spanish barracks to attend, de Vega intercepted him and sent him to warn Guzman that the English were about to rebel.

Lord Westmorland's Men put on Boudicca instead of King Philip. This incited the audience to riot. Enrique was killed later that day by the English mob when they stormed the barracks.
