Cow Jog is a stream in southern Parthenia Province in Detina. It was the site of the first major battle between loyal Detinan forces and those following "King" Geoffrey in the Detinan Civil War. The Northerners, led by Generals Peegeetee of Goodlook and Joseph the Gamecock, won a victory there. A year later, Cow Jog was once again the site of a battle, and once again it resulted in Northern victory. This time, Edward of Arlington defeated John the Hierophant.
Literary Comment[]
The river Cow Jog, and the battles fought there, are closely based on the river Bull Run and its battles.
