- I certainly think it's appropriate. AF, WiH and B represent HT's most extensive treatment of WWI, in any case. And that's even if we count CN and "Uncle Alf" as "treatments of WWI," even though neither is set in there.

- Since the interwar period of OTL is 1918-1939, we could stretch The War That Prematurely Ejaculated into there.

- You know, "interwar" is quite the misnomer. Makes it sound like there were no wars. But you've got the Russian Civil War, the Black and Tan War, the Polish-Soviet War, the Polish-Lithuanian War, the Irish Civil War, the Chaco War, the Second Sino-Japanese War, the Spanish Civil War, the Italian invasion of Ethiopia, the Russo-Japanese Border Wars, the Winter War. . . . And I'm not even going to bother trying to keep track of internal uprisings and revolutions, especially in Eastern Europe. None of the belligerent governments were big enough to start a world war on their own, but they were keeping the world's vulture population well-fed during their wait.
