Surely Southern Victory belongs in here? Turtle Fan 19:55, November 6, 2009 (UTC)

I guess so. The Great War is here, anyway. Since 191 doesn't focus exclusively on WWI, I'm wasn't sure if throwing it in here (and WWII for that matter) was necessary. TR 19:58, November 6, 2009 (UTC)
And yet I put 191 in WWII, which I'd completely forgot I'd done. No good reason to keep it out of here now. TR 20:14, November 6, 2009 (UTC)
I certainly think it's appropriate. AF, WiH and B represent HT's most extensive treatment of WWI, in any case. And that's even if we count CN and "Uncle Alf" as "treatments of WWI," even though neither is set in there.
Maybe we should shit out an Interwar Years category, to keep AE from feeling neglected? Turtle Fan 21:25, November 6, 2009 (UTC)
I don't think we have quite enough. There's "Uncle Alf" again....maybe "Joe Steele". AE will get over its neglect. TR 21:32, November 6, 2009 (UTC)
Since the interwar period of OTL is 1918-1939, we could stretch The War That Prematurely Ejaculated into there.
Not really, just fucking around. I knew we'd never get an interwar period category from the get-go.
You know, "interwar" is quite the misnomer. Makes it sound like there were no wars. But you've got the Russian Civil War, the Black and Tan War, the Polish-Soviet War, the Polish-Lithuanian War, the Irish Civil War, the Chaco War, the Second Sino-Japanese War, the Spanish Civil War, the Italian invasion of Ethiopia, the Russo-Japanese Border Wars, the Winter War. . . . And I'm not even going to bother trying to keep track of internal uprisings and revolutions, especially in Eastern Europe. None of the belligerent governments were big enough to start a world war on their own, but they were keeping the world's vulture population well-fed during their wait. Meanwhile, other than Japan, every one of the great powers had let their militaries, voluntarily or otherwise, go to pot. Turtle Fan 23:16, November 6, 2009 (UTC)
I like the term "Interregnum" myself. Don't know what it means, but it sounds badass. Jelay14 08:09, November 7, 2009 (UTC)
Something to the effect of a period of political flux between two periods of strong and stable central government. Turtle Fan 14:26, November 7, 2009 (UTC)
Also isn't today your birthday? Jelay14 08:10, November 7, 2009 (UTC)
It is. Thanks for remembering. Turtle Fan 14:26, November 7, 2009 (UTC)
