Brickyard Kennedy was the brother of Goldbeard Walter Kennedy.[1] When his brother was fatally injured at the Battle of the Hesperian Gulf, Kennedy assumed command of his ship, and appeared at the post-battle parlay aboard the Aigle d'Argent.[2] He tried to make himself and his commrades believe that they had defeated the allied fleet.[3]
When Avalon fell to William Radcliff's men, Kennedy joined his brother in the next world.
Literary comment[]
Kennedy's death is not depicted, so it is unclear as to whether he died in combat or was captured and executed.
