Benjamin was a Jewish tailor in Ashqelon, Palestine. He was also a member of the Second Irgun. He provided a temporary shelter for Yakov and Miriam, but was horrified by their plan to assassinate Chaim Perelman. Although Benjamin seemed to approve of the plan, both Yakov and Miriam realized he was a risk. Miriam placed a bomb in Benjamin's restroom. Shortly after the two terrorists left, Benjamin called the security police to betray his erstwhile compatriots. Miriam activated the bathroom bomb, and when Benjamin entered the bathroom he was killed.
