Barton Kyle Yount (1884-1949) was an American soldier. He held several positions in the United States Army Air Corps from 1936 until; he retired in 1946 with the rank of lieutenant general. He took a position as President of the American Institute for Foreign Trade, which he held until 1949.
Barton K. Yount (1884-1949) was a brigadier general in the United States Army Air Corps. He was the commandant of the air base located in Dayton, Ohio in 1944, and gave Jonathan Moss the opportunity to fly turboes.[1]
