The Proclamation of Liberty was a unilateral declaration of independence by Isaac Fenner and the other Conscript Fathers in the Atlantean Assembly, representatives of the colonies in northern Atlantis. Made after the major Atlantean victory at the Battle of Grigsby's Field and the subsequent fall of Cosquer, the Proclamation declared that the "United States of Atlantis" were as free and independent as Britain, France, Spain, and Holland.
